I used to have much softer skin on my face whereas with stress, pollution and the cold winter weather my face has become very sensitive and dry. I went into Body shop and was informed that the Aloe Vera range of moisturizers, toners, cleaners would be best suited. I want something that will not be harsh to my skin and want to follow the whole cleaning process from exfoliating, toning, cleansing and moisturising. Perhaps try in store and purchase the small sets they have and try that. Worked for me after trying all skin care products.

I have been experiencing problematic dry skin for quite a while now and have found that a simple exfoliator just doesn't seem to do the trick. If you want to go for a more organic approach, try oatmeal. I know it sounds crazy, but it's really helped my skin feel hydrated and supple. Follow afterwards with a rich moisturiser - some of the body shop's ones are amazing. Hope I helped! x

You could try using exfoliating products or an exfoliating face brush as this will remove dead skin cells and make your face more smooth and less dry.

As well as keeping your skin clean - tackle it from the inside. Cut-out sweet or sweetened drinks and switch to drinking lots of water. Eat fruit and veg. Boring advice which I'm sure you heard before, but it does work :)

Heyy! Same as me I would just go for Tea Tree or Aleo Vera ...tea tree is healthy and good for skin but it could be a little harsh.Aleo is natrul and anti bactrial like tea tree. I would get tea tree oil and aleo face wash. Face wash or cleansers are fantasitc for spots.
Hope this helps x

I know how you feel, the best thing to reduce scarring is moisturisation and stimulation of the skin, to encourage circulation of blood to the tissue, hence increased supply of oxygen and encouragement in the growth of new skin. The Nutriganics range will be best suited to skin that needs moisture, the gel to oil cleanser and night cream being my favourites! But bearing in mind that having suffered from acne, you may still have problems with blemishes, you should factor in some of the Tea Tree range. The mask and night lotion aren't as astringent (harsh and drying) as the rest of the range so try those :) hope this helps!

Spots can really be a pain and you may be in a rush to get rid of them quickly but it is important to realise that overly harsh cleansers can strip too much of your natural oils out of your skin - which doesn't help at all. Tea tree and Aloe vera are both anti-bacterial and great for fighting spots. They're included in many products on the body shop website and you could even opt for a simple dab of aloe vera gel or tea tree essence mixed in water (following manufacturers guidelines) on those troublesome spots. Help you get great results! :)

Question

Can anyone tell me the differences between Vitamin C collection and Vitamin E collection

My skin is dry type, but sometimes T-area is a little oily. And I always stay up late. I wonder to know which collection will be more suitable for me.

Vitamin C is designed for dull skin whereas Vitamin E is for all skin types but also dry skin. By the sounds of it you have combination skin so I would actually recommend the Seaweed range as that will help with the oily T-zone but also contains moisture so will help with your dry skin. As you say you always stay up late I would recommend a few products from the Vitamin C range. Maybe the Skin Reviver to put on under a moisturiser and also the microdermabrasion to use once or twice a week as that will help the skin renewal process and make the skin appear brighter! Really hope this helps you out :)
